There are billionaires avoiding debates, professional politicians hoping to avoid charges, and news media howling about it all, but all is well at Right Angle.
2016 welcomes our 94th year as a club and it’s already off to a great start.
The Presidents Dinner, held this year at the Philadelphia Club, was a resounding success; great company and a sumptuous meal were enjoyed by all. Immediate Past President Carter Broach was honored, and our latest decade book was distributed along with Dr. George Fisher’s year end book. See President’s Dinner photos by Stephen Clowery below.
We are closing out on speakers scheduled by Chad Bardone and moving onto those scheduled by John Coates, I’m sure we’re in for quite the treat this year from John, and I know we appreciate the hard work put in by Chad.
In club member news Dan Sossaman, Sr. reports that he has left his position in commercial lending at Bryn Mawr Trust, and moved onto a similar position with First Trust.
As always potential member guests are welcome at any of our meetings, with the lunch expense covered by the club, please bring out anyone you think may be a good potential Right Angler to see our new venue at the Pyramid Club.
