Union bosses are trying to duck and dodge their way out of being accused of not ducking and dodging. The democrats are asking for our bars to stay open later during the convention so that they’ll have more time to quietly sob over a drink. There’s still no state budget, and it looks like we’ll have a new governor before a new budget. And this is being written in the middle of a tornado watch in Philadelphia. But luckily all is well at Right Angle.
Now to the business…
March 4th is our ladies lunch, it’s time that we pulled back the curtain, slightly, on the clandestine nature of our lunches and let those important to us come and take a look. Please bring the lady that is most important to you in your life!
In member news we lost a favorite Past President of the Right Angle Club Joe Martinez, he passed away after a battle with cancer.
Chad Bardone has been traveling the Australian Outback, but he will soon be returning to our lunches.
We have welcomed two new members this month, Kevin White, and Jeff Simcox.
Kevin, brother of Past President John White, was so sure of being elected that he was in attendance at the lunch immediately following the board meeting, and he’s already turning into a regular attender!
I’m looking forward to seeing all of you at lunch this month.
