UPDATE FROM JOHN FULTON
We arrived in Cuenca about 4 weeks later than we expected because of a visa delay. We’ve been here about 2 weeks and we are really enjoying it. Food is great, prices are great, the weather is completely unpredictable but cool by our standards. Daily temp range is 50-65.
We just got our cedulas today which makes us permanent residents immediately eligible for gov’t healthcare and other goodies.
